How are we different from Comcast or AT&T?



Michiana Fiber employs speed-of-light fiber optics throughout our network, meaning there is never copper wires or outdated cables slowing down your speeds.

What speed will I get with Michiana Fiber?



Internet speeds are always dependent on the device you're using. Even in your own home, you'll see different speeds on your TV vs. your phone vs. your computer, etc. Speeds also depend on if you're using WiFi or connecting to your device with a cable.

My internet isn't working well. What do I do?



When in doubt, unplug your device and then plug it back in. This solves most problems. If it doesn't, please reach out to us. Never reset your device manually!

When can I switch to Michiana Fiber?



Anytime after construction is complete! Simply contact us to arrange your free installation and see if you qualify for our promotional pricing. Oh, and we'll make sure you know when construction is over so you can get connected ASAP.

Does Michiana Fiber ever throttle my data or slow my speeds?



Nope! Your data usage is unlimited and we never turn down your speeds, although some fluctuation is normal and can be due to a variety of factors.

What happens when my lease renews?



If you have signed up for Michiana Fiber internet before your lease renews, then we will bill you directly up until your lease renewal. After that point, your fee will be included in your rent, meaning one less bill to keep track of!
